ArrowChat Not displaying

Hi there

After numerous attempts using multiple browsers I finally managed to get AC installed on our site. At least according to the installer that is.

That being said The bare is not showing up on the site and I can't figure why.

I have added both the header and footer scripts.

ANyone else run into this??

Are there known issues with plugins? I'm using the Genesis Theme Framework from StudioPress with BuddyPres. Have there been compatibility issues between this theme and AC?

Been at this way too long so I would really love some help.

Thanks!1

I don't know anything about studiopress, but is it possible that it has a template cache system and that you need to clear that cache before the bar will show up? This is totally separate from your browser cache, btw (though you could try pressing F5 while viewing the site on your browser to see if that clears it).

We solved it in a support ticket. It was a whole mix of things. ;)

The reason for the ArrowChat bar not displaying can be a mix of things, so you need to open a ticket for us to help you.

Tickets are great but they don't leave any solutions for others to find help. I don't have any other information I can provide in a ticket. Its a development site you can't view.

All plugins except Buddypress and Genesis Connect have been disabled. WP 3.2.1 BP 1.2.9. Works in other themes (at least until I tried to upgrade).
