Hi,

Everything installs fine, but after the last step, when I click to go to admin page, this is the page that appears:

Warning: include_once(/home/kloozee/public_html/arrowchat/includes/functions_receive.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/kloozee/public_html/arrowchat/includes/data_core.php on line 16

Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/kloozee/public_html/arrowchat/includes/functions_receive.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/kloozee/public_html/arrowchat/includes/data_core.php on line 16

Fatal error: Call to undefined function getUserID() in /home/kloozee/public_html/arrowchat/includes/data_core.php on line 39

Have no idea what this means, if anyone has some suggestions, please help.
Thanks

Fixed,

I forgot to rename the functions_receive.php file for Social Engine 4.
Everything works now, and topic can be removed if needed.

Now I have another problem, arrowchat does not recognize that a user is signed in.
This is from the debug:

User ID: 0
You are being registered as not logged in. If you are logged in, please check the functions_receive.php file to make sure the getUserID function is correct.

To add to yesterday's problem, arrowchat is only recognizing every user besides me (admin).

What's your admin user ID? Perhaps it is 0?

Hi Jason,

My userid is 1, I tried changing it to another number for testing purposes, and it still does not show for my account.

Any ideas?
I have been a customer for a long time, with no problems and I have helped some people through chat. I cannot enter a support ticket because my support has expired, I cannot renew support because it does not work when clicking the link, and most importantly..I cannot use the product I have paid for and am not receiving any help. Is this normal? Already 4 days where I cannot use the chat.

When I edited my functions_receive userid="0" to userid="1", it works for my user account and still works for all the other users as well, but then the problem is that even when logged out, and settings are guests cannot view chatbar, the chatbar shows on the site as if someone IS logged in. When I switch it back to default userid="0" it does not display for me again, only everyone else.

You never want to hard code the user ID like that. You're basically saying that everyone is the same user.

The fact that it's only not working for your account means there is something wrong with your account. It could be a million different things, you'd really have to open a tech ticket as it might be a pretty lengthy process to find the problem.

Jason,

I reinstalled arrowchat and now it does not work for any user, everyone is being viewed as not logged in and as id 0.
This is for Social Engine 4 and I am on a VPS server.

Try this functions_receive.php file instead.

Jason this works PERFECTLY!!
Thank you very much

For everyone else reading this, this is not the first time Jason has gone out of his way to help me out with either a small or big problem.

I apologize for my comment earlier, it was more from frustration and has nothing to do with the staff or the product itself.

Thanks again
