I recently installed arrowchat a minute ago for Social engine 3. I followed all directions and cannot get the chat bar to show up at the bottom. Is this a common thing? Do I need to mess with a setting or something? Thanks.

Not that I'm aware of. Can I get your site URL and a test login account?

You can merge my other post here if you want. I RE sent a ticket with my FTP information. We have social engine 3. The chat bar is not showing up still. Thanks.!
Any help would be appreciated. I would love to get it up by morning.

I've updated your ticket.
FYI, you don't need to post in the forums and a ticket. One or the other will work. Makes it easier on you. :)

Okay no problem. Appreciate the fix. We would like to know what you did to fix it rather then it just being fixed. This is so in case we have to move servers we can make sure to apply the same changes. What was the issue?
