i got an error when adding database prefix in the installation

what is the database prefix exacly ?

You might also receive this error if you're not using the same database that your exisiting integration is on. Please check the prefix and consult the ArrowChat installation guide if you continue to have problems.

Go to your database that you're trying to connect to. Does it have the table "centrapl_user"?
