Cannot Login To Admin Panel

CMS: Drupal 7

I made it through the trial installer, but the admin login panel is not responsive.

I have JavaScript enabled in my browser (Firefox 11.0), and have the same problem when I attempted to login with Chrome (16.0.912.63 m).
