Bug Fixes
- The disallow chat room groups feature has been fixed to work properly.
- ArrowChat now automatically checks for and uses MySQLi to prevent errors on servers without it.
- Fixed an issue with the chat room smiley button.
- Fixed an issue where chat rooms messages would not show up after being sent.
- Fixed 403 errors on the admin panel caused by the recent Smarty upgrade.
- Upgraded Smarty to fix issues with Oxwall.
Upgrade Instructions
Only perform these instructions if upgrading from v1.8.4 or v.1.8.41. Otherwise, please follow the upgrade instructions from v1.8.4.
- Step 1: Backup your existing files
It's very important that you backup your files in case something goes wrong. You'll then have the old files that may help you fix any issues. - Step 2: Download and replace all files
Download the v1.8.42 update from our site and replace all the files on your server. Replacing all the files will not delete any settings or information.
