Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that would cause JavaScript execution to stop when a user started typing a message.
- Fixed an issue with non-push customers not being able to receive messages in the mobile chat rooms.
- Fixed an issue that would cause messages to not show up in the popout/embed chat.
- Fixed a PHP warning message in the external.php file.
- Usernames with quotes in their names should now display properly.
- The mobile chat will now display the "new" icon when a user has a new message waiting.
- The notifications window will now scroll when the window is too small.
- Popout/Embed status messages have been added to the language file.
- Fixed tooltips appearing off screen for the popout/embed chat.
- Fixed a styling issue with the applications list.
- Fixed a styling issue with the search box on some sites.
Upgrade Instructions
Only perform these instructions if upgrading from v2.0. Otherwise, please follow the v2.0 upgrade instructions: http://www.arrowchat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2320
- Step 1: Backup your existing files
It's very important that you backup your files in case something goes wrong. You'll then have the old files that may help you fix any issues. - Step 2: Download and replace all files
Download the v2.0.1 update from our site and replace all the files on your server. Again, make sure that you backup language and theme files before doing this to make the transition easier. Replacing all the files will not delete any settings or information. - Step 3: Update your theme
Make sure to update your theme files as there have been some changes to the CSS. - Step 4: Update your language (non-English)
There have been a few additions to the language file and non-English languages will need updating.
