is possible integrate this function when one friends come online i see popup with his avatar and name and message like "is now online" this displayed only for not more seconds?
i like more this feature..

Look at the "arrowchat_notifications" table. You can send 1-2-1 notifications between your Users here.

I use phpfox script, i dont think notifications system work on phpfox script..
