Hi,

I think that would be nice if the chat conversation were encrypted so the admins cannot read them via the DB or the admin site.

If there is enough support for this it'd be something we'd look at, but it's typically pretty important that at least one person be able to read chat history.

If not, you can always use the cron job to delete chat history ever 3 hours or so.

Hi,
I would be extremely happy with an encryption feature (as a feature to activate). The best solution would be to use the user passwords for encryption. So the messages are only visible for the users that were involved in the conversation.

Thanks!

If this is done it will probably mean the end of arrowchat.
Its important that site admins are able to read chat history incase of any criminal activity. if you don't trust the site admins why are you visiting their site to begin with?

Just make sure that sites you frequently use have clear user policies that protect your privacy.
