utf8mb4 (true utf8) instead of utf8

Hello Jason,
it would be great when the default charset for future releases will be based on utf8mb4 because mysql utf8 only support 3-byte utf8.
since MySQL 5.5 full utf8 is supported called (utf8mb4) with full 4-byte support.
