Absolutely.
In fact to me this is more important that any other aspect of the chat.
Being able to push messages to your members via a 'always on" mobile device (which doesn't require anything to be opened or accessed once set up) will do more to drive interactivity in the community than anything else.

I see the competition already has a reasonably good app available for download.
i might have to consider a switch even though I prefer Arrowchat for everything else.
