"Seen at <time>" implementation

Like the title suggests, show the user when his/her message was read by the recipient by saying "seen at" and then the time under their message or just a "approved" like icon or something like that with the time next to it.

The arrowchat database already contains 'read' and 'user_read', so this doesn't seem like it'd take long to implement for you guys.

Nice suggestion. More and more small concepts updations like this will make arrowchat unbeatable. I have put out a suggestion of setting our own custom status messages and mood icons similar to hangouts etc so it would bring more life to the chats. Something like "Its a beautiful morning" etc etc and other users can see our status message and moods.
