Needed - Chat room suggestion

As it stands if chat room creators choose staff for the room the chat room owner nor the admins of the site can remove that moderator power
I just purchased arrowchat today instead of comet chat because it supports user created chat rooms and the ability for users to choose their own staff, However when the owner of the room checks there is no way to remove that person (in'case you ever need too) and I have checked on arrow chats back end and can find no way to do it myself ether..
This needs to be there for many reasons, on both ends, for group owners and for admins of the site
