There should be the option to sync mods/admins to groups so we don't have to keep adding and removing mods/admins.

To build on this... it would be awesome if you could grant permissions based on existing groups. Right now you can only disallow a group to do certain actions. However it would be easier have permissions that enable access.

For example:

Is Mod
Is Admin
Can Send Private Messages
Can Access Video
Can Upload Files
Can View Logs
