Own file manager plugin

There are various file managers, file uploaders out there. We use the

responsive file manager which can then also handle the uploading, selecting a file already on the server, image editing etc.

At the moment, to add a picture you have to keep uploading it each time you want to use it, and you can only add pictures.

A filemanager plugin option would allow us to send any files to people in a chat room or private.

We will add the feature ourselves for the moment, but of course it will get overwritten in the update!
