Popout chat to go to chat rooms tab

You currently have

arrowchat/public/popout/?cid=1&ah=1 (or without the ah=1) to go directly to chatroom id, but they left-hand tabs (Private or Chat Rooms tabs) are still on Private. If you go to a group chat the tab should have the Chat Rooms tab open (id arrowchat_popout_selection_room), surely?

And part of the same suggestion (I think), Please therefore give us a way to open the popup to that tab without having chosen a cid Chat Room ID (eg cid=-1 or something), so users can pull up that and then choose a group from the list.
