On Mobile Chat, our members report they've lost the chat messages when switching rooms: When they return to the room they left previously, the previous messages aren't there any more. They see an empty room, showing the welcome message, as they are new and didn't chat earlier.
It seems a different approach than for the desktop version: there, you have a tabbed window, with different chatrooms in their own tab.
The mobile version does not behave this way.
Can we get the tabs in the mobile version? Or something similar? Thanks!
