Search users in chat room

Hello, currently its very very hard to find a user that you saw typing something in the chatroom to send him a message or report him, you have to scroll through 300 users to find a username.
Can we have a function to search for usernames like in users online tab?
or better click on a username or icon to automatically select that user instead of replying in chat or something like that.
For a big traffic site this is a must feature

Also it would be better if arrowchat was arranging groups by users online and not by id
