Users should be able to delete messages for 1 hour

Every user should be able to delete his own messages in private chat and in chat rooms for 1 hour, like in Facebook Chat or WhatsApp.
This feature is needed in example if an user posts wrong content from his clipboard like a password or his private phone number.
