Advertising for Arrowchat Admins

It would be nice if the control panel had an option for admins to place an advertising banner (or 2) or have a text message box (or 3) where we can post a message/link. This message box could be used for advertising purposes. Banners and messages would appear random. With the optin to show on chatrooms or 1 on1 private chatboxes or both.
