Hello,

I would like to suggest a few "pop up" to make some notifications to the users.

First:
When the user received a new notification, instead of only change the number to "1" on notifications, it could be displayed a little pop-up such as happened on Facebook:




Second:
A simple "pop up" could also be displayed when a friend of us get online and offline.

thanks jason! if you are integrating, please make an option to check only selected type of notifications. this way it wont be irritating each time there is an activity happening on the site. btw any news about 0.2 yet, your twitter seems to be quiet lately.

Is this going to be on v0.2?

btw please dont put too much on v 0.2, there is a lot of room for future improvements in the later versions. all we want for now is have the main chatroom feature and get 0.2 released as soon as possible.
