This is a third-party addon so only the author can say for sure. I'm assuming it just does not work on popout chat and it's something the author would need to add.

well, he says it is supposed to... and to be honest, I'm a little miffed... No response from him.... This isn't what I paid for...........

It appears the files are in there for the popout chat. You may just need to follow the installation instructions or try re-doing them.

done it multiple times, I was able to add bbcode to your script. So, not exactly noobish. And it seems others had the same issue... Telling someone to reinstall is not a good response. Allowing third party addons with non existent support is not good either. I am going to delete it sincwe it is worthless to me. a refund is in order.
