How long will it take?

We'll submit an ETA with the quote that you receive. Our quotes are a little longer as it takes extra time to test and compile the feature into a new version of ArrowChat.

What is the price?

The price will vary depending on the complexity of the feature requested. Please note that our quotes are much higher than what it would cost to get a freelancer to develop the functionality. The higher quote is because we need extra time to test and compile the feature into a new version of ArrowChat.

Will the feature be in all future versions of ArrowChat?

Yes! If you use this service, your requested feature will stay in all future versions of ArrowChat released.

Can I request any features?

We accept most feature requests but reserve the right to deny any requests that we believe would make ArrowChat an inferior product. Examples include features that would slow downloading/processing, pornography, hate speech, etc.

What happens if we miss the quote deadline?

If we are unable to complete your request by the deadline promised, you will have the option to receive a full refund or have us provide an updated timeline and continue the work.

Can I request a feature for myself only?

Yes, you can request us to develop features and not include them in the ArrowChat package. However, you will lose the changes we've made once you update ArrowChat to a new version, so we advise against this.

Will the feature go in the kick starter, premium, or business version?

Most features developed using this service will go into the kick starter function. However, we may decide that certain features are a better fit for other packages. If this happens, you will be upgraded to that version for free, if necessary.
