Waddup Arrowchat! I must start off by saying impressive work with this plugin, it took my attention the second i saw it hit my screen on the google results, im no doubt going to buy this as soon as ive tried it out.

Anyways enough chitchat, ive ran into a problem while installing this to my webspell platform, ive noticed you haven't done a premade installation for that platform so ofc i choose the "other" option in the wizard, i start off by filling the information out and it takes me all the way threw without any specific errors to step "Configuration" at this place i run into some problems. First of all id like to mention that from the launch of :"root/arrowcat/install/index.php" i hit two errors at the top saying "

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(..\tmp\\sess_420fa56ac9f028c7a49b495b51831b47, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in C:\zebb's server\Repack\_Server\htdocs\arrowchat\install\index.php on line 0

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at C:\zebb's server\Repack\_Server\htdocs\arrowchat\install\index.php:0) in C:\zebb's server\Repack\_Server\htdocs\arrowchat\install\index.php on line 0"

But even though these errors occurs i can make myself all the way to configuration without any installation error, at this page i suddenly hits

"Oops! There is an error:
We were unable to connect to your database. Please go back to the database settings page. This might also be an indication that your session timed out or PHP sessions are not working entirely."

Im pretty sure the problem is in the prefix but i cant figure out what, my prefix installed by webspell is currently "ws_c77" therefor the userDB is "ws_c77_user", the overall DB is called "website" wich i entered in the previous step named "Database"!

This is all i can assist you with on my problem since im not a guru when it comes to php or anything like that, but ive installed alot of addons to my website and im pretty sure it's some simple failur somewere and hopefully you could bring you guys mastermind into this and back me up :)

the website is located under http://www.rebound-gaming.com if that is needed.

Thanks in advance!
regards a very excited community owner.

Worth to mention is i tried to follow the guide on how to integrate this for a custom page, and there's no intergration.php file in my arrowchat folder, it's directly moved into my apache folder and yes it's hosted on a local server :)

Normally, I would say this is a prefix issue. However, judging by the error, it looks like a session problem.

From what you said, the prefix should be "ws_c77_" and the user's table would be "user".

Since this is a custom website, are you aware that you'll need to customize an integration file as seen here: http://www.arrowchat.com/support/downlo ... sample.zip

The integration file may be difficult for you without having much PHP knowledge. Keep in mind that we do offer professional installation for a fee.

I know Jason! And ofcourse ive never given up on adding something to the website and ive always managed somehow, im a real guru when it comes to geting errors haha. And ill look at the link you sent me and modify it :) And yes ive seen the offer about installation and it's my last way to go atm since i dont run my community for any profit, only to promote a better gaming enviroment, so i have really high fees at the moment as it is, and wont get any money untill 25th next month, so hopefully ill find the problem on my own :) Appriciate the answer.
