Description:
The admin panel loads very slowly when ones enter the themes section:
/arrowchat/admin/themes.php?do=managethemes
from my inspection is seems that the update check in page_themes.php to
https://www.arrowchat.com/updatecheck.php?id=8 using fopen takes about 15 seconds.
since the links open quickly in the browser, i've made some research and found this answer in stack overflow:
