I am getting a bit fed up of waiting too. Only purchased arrowchat last week. But was waiting for a demo for about 2 months. Hope they release it by this weekend. Sure it will be worth the wait????

One concern I have about this new roll out is that you only get 30 days support as standard. By delaying the release of the full version I am concerned that support will have run out before the full version is released. If we hit problems with the final version we may end up having to pay for extended support. Perhaps this is a cunning plan??

Lets hope we get the full version released within 3 weeks of version 0.1 being released so that we can get at least 1 weeks support with the full version of the software. Just a thought.

I believe Jason and the team will reset the support count on release of v1.0 for the full 30 days -> viewtopic.php?f=2&t=117&start=14

I'm anxious to ditch CC now, and also waiting patiently. Hoping for a release soon, in some sense it was easier waiting with a known date even when the date rolled by .

As CAlchin already linked, we will be reseting the support and updates time upon version 1.0.

excellent. saw that it would be reset but thought that was at 0.1 - my mistake. Thanks for putting my mind at rest.
If the product is as good as the forum response it's gonna be a great product!!!

I agree with that. I'm very happy about the quick response and attention to the customers. That's something that arrowchat is definitely doing right and the main reason they got my money.

As long as they continue to provide support and be attentive to the forums and customers, I'm sure that they'll have a lot of success.
