So I had arrow chat before. However it was causing issues, so I tried something else which was much worse so I wanted to come back to arrow. However I bought the middle package because my "trial" was expired, which I never had the trial I had the standard package. So I paid for the new license and never got the email it said I'd be getting. I waited over an hour for it then opened a ticket. It's been over 24 hrs since and I have heard nothing and I am out 125 dollars which does not make me a happy camper.
