I put in a support ticket almost 24 hours ago now, My ticket has not been read nor replied to, yet the site quotes

We’ll answer your tickets as quickly as possible. Our average response time is just over 1 hour the year that we’ve been in business, but we’ve answered as quickly as one minute.


I'm wanting to move from CometChat, but so far their support has been alot more responsive and their Installation for the friends list was alot more easier than ArrowChat.

Tickets are answered in the order that they were received. I personally don't think 24 hours is a long time to wait, but I'm sure your ticket will be answered shortly.

As far as the friend's list, we purposely have the exact same integration functions as CometChat. You can literally copy everything over.

I'll give that a try now, if else fails i will wait a little longer for the ticket responce
