Bug in leaf theme

wait, if it is intended, why it is not the same for the chat window? The chat window appears on top of the bar, not over it.

Using facebook theme, the buddy window appears on top of the bar, like the chat and room windows. If it is intended, is a weird and inconsistent design choice.
