Open ArrowChat after click Chat URL button

Is it possible to disable arrowchat for whole website and only when someone click on "CHAT" URL button to give him option to enter his nickname and open the chat in separate window??

Not at the moment. ArrowChat is intended to be social.

I think that there should be social as a chat! Since any malicious user could cause severe damage to our site. Let's not forget that social networks are also fall bot filtering.
