Currently links open in _self. If there's a fix for that, can you tell me where to apply the target=_new arguement?

Which links are you referring to?

I'm guessing he means that the links posted in the chat open in the current window thus making people leave the chat. Also when embedding the chat in an iframe it opens inside the iframe...

That is correct. In the chat room, if I post a link it opens in "itself" the current iframe. This renders the linked page in the chat room window. If there's a quick fix, that'd be awesome.

Other than that, I'm as pleased as can be with this chat software, especially the upgrade!

This is beginning to become an issue for people visiting my site. Is there anything that I can do to force chat room links to open in a _new or _blank window?

Currently, if you are in a chat room and add a link in your conversation, clicking that link opens it within itself. a simple _new or _blank argument on some line of code could easily fix that.

I'm sure it merits a fix, but for now I would just like to know the location of the file, and if adding that argument is appropriate.
