Adding Scrollbar to Buddy List

It would be nice to have a scrollbar as well as the search option so you can scroll though everyone's that online.

The scrollbar and search appear automatically when the list becomes too big.

Humm mine doesn't seem to have a scrollbar, only the search at the bottom?

Is there a differen't limit for the scrollbar that isn't the search activation integer?
