I want arrowchat bar to open in a MINIMISED state

My site users complain they are drowning in popup IM windows. So i need to open the chatbar, allow Notifications, but disable the IMs. Maybe this means the whole bar needs to open in a minimised state?

In the 'arrowchat_status' table, you could change the default value of 'hide_bar' from null to 1. This will auto hide the bar for new users.
