ArrowChat Pay Per Minute modification

Hi. I have Skadate software and I want to install arrowchat with some modifications. Example: I need a Pay Per Minute chat and arrowchat don't have this option integrated. Function: A user need to buy credits to talk to other users by chat. The chat system deduce 1 credit per conversation minute.
