Dutch and Turkish

Are the languages 'Dutch' and 'Turkish' also available?

For so far i know that you have to download different language packets and add this to your website. Maybe it's an option to add different languages as standart in arrowchat admin, so the admin can select the languages which users can see/select. Or give the admin the opportunity to select the language for the admin panel and de front end.

If someone hasn't shared the language pack on here then you'll need to create it yourself (and hopefully share it).
