I know why I didn't do this now. Chat rooms are easy, but the online list is more difficult to do. I believe it would require a rewrite of how the online list is sorted.

I don't believe the BETA is available for download yet as surely Jason would have updated us in this thread, the v4.0 release notes were blank for a couple of hours when originally posted so I assume he's just getting everything together and in order.

If I recall correctly, v4.0 should be free for all existing customers I thought. One place I thought I had seen that was on the AC Twitter account but I can't seem to find the specific tweet, however, their article on "5 Best CometChat Alternatives in 2022" (https://www.arrowchat.com/articles/5-be ... ernatives/) says

"UI getting a little stale - BUT their new v4 update looks amazing and will be available for free soon"

but that could just be a fancy way of saying "free trial" :)

The store also has the v4.0 theme, named "Defi", up as the only one listed. However attempting to go to the cart and download it, you're redirected to a page where you have to renew your license to do so. So I don't know.

As for renewing your license, on the dashboard above your current licenses, you should a notification that tells you the current version of ArrowChat and a link to renew, as shown below:

This is what I see. I have a "Business" license purchased in 2020 when software updates were included without further purchase for an unlimited length of time.

Given that it appears no-one can download v4 yet, I will simply wait. I have emailed support about this and will update the thread if I get a response.

I have reinstalled now all of them except the system part are blank. before was all blank. I think is something with the server

Just so you guys know, I had the same issue with everything being blank in the admin panel. I then looked at the code and realised that sometimes the short php tag was being used, and after enabling "short_open_tag" in the php.ini file everything works :)
