Hello I just installed arrow chat platform vbullettin I did as I was asked, the installation was buonfine I incorporated in the publicity fund footer the two codes:

I go home on the forum and I get a progress bar that says you need to login to access ..
What can I afre?

Open up a support ticket with your site URL, a test login account, and FTP access. We'll get it working for you.

Ciao zio, allora tutto quello che devi fare è inviare al loro supporto i dati di accesso del tuo forum, quindi le credenziali FTP con username e password (le trovi nelle email, supponendo che tu abbia uno hosting condiviso, praticamente sarebbero i dati che usi con FileZilla o equivalente), vanno bene anche i dati dell'account amministratore di Vbulletin4 (poi cambi password, tranquillo).
