Possible Spam Being Sent From My Server...

Hi Guys, I'd just like confirmation please that Arrowchat isn't sending out Spam from my Server. My webhosts notified me about the 'possible' risks of using *** which is present in my Arrowchat install.

Please can somebody confirm that the following is correct and that Arrowchat does indeed use ***, but in in a safe way?
