I just installed ArrowChat on our vBulletin 3.7.2, and people love it. One problem we ran into is that unapproved vBulletin users, i.e. those who register but whose registrations have not been approved, can chat. Which means that trolls can simply keep registering in vBulletin and pestering our chatters.

I'll take a look at this and see if we can provide a fix for the v1.7 update. I know right now you can use the template code to just restrict ArrowChat to certain usergroups.

If you could let me know how to do that, I'd be much obliged. As is, we actually had to close registration to the site to keep trolls from harassing chatters. -- Conrad

Thanks. I checked out the link you gave me, added a line to the vbulletin footer, and I think that fixed the problem.
