vBulletin installation problem

I have a problem installing the arrowchat in vbulletin 5 will explain the problem.

I follow the usual installation steps to get to the next point that I show in the image:





the prefix searchtowords_ does not work for me to integration is why I decide to leave this blank and continuing with the installation .

After the installation the arrowchat is not fully integrates and according to the debug tool is the following error



The system integration 1.8.3 arrowchat not integrated properly to vbulletin 5 please help

Thanks for replying ... I have verified that the installation is in the correct database prefix and the database is blank , here I attached the file information settings of vbulletin 5

vbulletin 5 does not have a prefix

The prefix for installation should be empty ... but to finish the installation does not work as I put in the previous images .

If the arrowchat has vbulletin integration for May should know what the prefix.

I am installing the arrowchat in a script that according to the information of the web has automatic installation .

I have not currently supported by authorized ticket.

I'm not asking for help for a script that has no integration.

This asking for help for a script if you have automatic integration or at least that is the information sold

I am having the same exact problem on vBulletin 4.2.3, "UserID not set" and the bar doesn't display. No reply from support yet either, very frustrating.
