I have looked at the service, and so far it seems amazing! I do however have a few questions (2 to be exact).

One, how server intensive is it really? Is it only server intensive when you are chatting, or just when its activated?

Second, how much bandwidth would this use. Lets say you have 500 users and 30 of them are actively using this each month. How much bandwidth could this use (with and without voice/video). I know this is a difficult questions, but just a general number would help (10gb,100gb,1tb)

The load is actually a harder question to answer since it greatly depends on the server and optimization. However, I can say that most people who use ArrowChat see a negligible impact on their server. Our new v1.8.3 improves performance A LOT and we expect to see a dramatic reduction in loads with that update as well (releasing very soon).

The bandwidth is really next to nothing. It's so small that it won't ever become an issue. The video/voice is hosted on a third party service so that will not have any impact.

Thanks so much for the info. I will most likely be purchasing a copy in the coming days if not today ;)
