Disabling ArrowChat - new request re-activates it

Hello,

I have a problem with ArrowChat 1.8.3:
If a user disables the chat (with the right button) and reloads the page or moves to another page of that website, the chatbar is activated again.
Can anybody give me a hint what's going wrong?
