Sorry but for support as you have to do? I opened the ticket, but I'm waiting for days and answer that I can solve the problem, so much time passes? Already the period of assistance is only a month but so I lose just waiting

I've had a lot of problems and little help, too. Just when I think I solved something there is another. Problem . How do you go invisible but keep list open to see what members are in chat but be invisible yourself ? This is my biggest complaint and it is extremely frustrating .

They get back to you but it seems very short like they can't be bothered. I'm sorry to keep complaining but I'm not a coder and one problem after another keeps happening . I almost just want my money back but I don't wanna give up on arrow chat . I just wish it was easier to get real help.

There is no invisible status.

Ok . But you can close the bar ... But how do you close the chat bar on mobile chat ? Thx
