Is Arrowchat still active? We have not had a reply from our purchase in nearly 48 hours. - No download link or activation of a purchase in our account.

Please check the support tickets ASAP.

Support tickets are answered in the order they are received. Make sure you aren't replying to your ticket or you'll get bumped back as it should warn you.

I only replied to it after about 44 hours waiting for action on our purchase. Not unreasonable?

Just checked the ticket and replied. It was 16 hours during our non-business hours. Sorry for the wait.
