I've sent 3 support tickets with 3 different questions, even tough I bought the professional version, and not even bother to respond me... my god

at least one reply would really be good....
i only have one lagging, but its been months...
and its not a little bug, its the whole script not working...very bad business practice my members are not happy and i still cant tell them anything except im sorry arrowchat refuses to reply

We reply to every single ticket on a daily basis. You won't see many replies on the weekends, though, as our technical support is not in office.

well mine has been bumped around 7 times in the last few months and not one reply so what should i do?

the thing is i like arrowchat better than some other options and really want to try to stick with it, but when the communication is so bad its impossible to know what your intentions are or what we can even expect....
