I've around 15k message a day and using push service. But since last week I've been attacked though Arrowchat. I'm not sure how they are doing it, but everytime i just rename the folder, the attack stops.
I've checked netstat and it's not a typical DDoS because there are not many ips, and the load of the server goes to almost 0. It's like some kind of slow flodding.
Does anyone experience something similar?

23k-24k messages isn't really enough to suggest that anything is out of the norm. Seems like normal variation to me.
