Is it possible to have Language app in mobile view?

Hi,

is it possible to display the Language switcher app in mobile view? We want to be able to use (just this) app in the mobile view - or at least be able to switch the language somehow whilst in mobile chat. Is this/cound this be possible? Could it be done by amending some code somewhere?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
