Bubbles and names

In demo, i cant see peoples names/bubbles? Why?
Can i delete bubbles and use normal text?

Can i add embed images or videos inside chat?

And if 20 members in chat without name, its horrible to know who is who.

There is an option to 'Always Show Names' in the chat room settings and to enable it by default in the admin panel.

As Jason says, the name appears with the bubble, except in your messages that appear on the right and with the bubble in blue.
