We are launching a BuddyPress site while looking for a chat solution very reliable on the basic functions. Our preference is minimal or no customization.
We have a number of questions to Arrowchat and the community.
1. How has your experience been for Arrowchat?
2. Does self-hosting Arrowchat require a lot of server resource?
3. Is Arrowchat is a real-time chat tool or a solution using a simple database?
4. What about the white label app that can be published in iTunes and Google Play store?
5. What if we would like to embed a chat page with the BuddyPress group?
6. Are the BuddyPress groups automatically synched up with the Arrowchat groups? Or it requires customization to achieve it?
7. Do you offer any assistance with the trial version installation?
8. We have been advised by some to also look into Cometchat. How does Cometchat compare to Arrowchat?
It will be great if someone from Arrowchat can talk to us. Thank you!

Is Arrowchat still actively maintained. It appears to me that the Arrowchat team is not as responsive as some of its competitors.
