Hi I am wondering if arrow chat works on iOS. I got the impression that it does from reading the release notes... but we just purchased and installed arrow chat and the arrow chat bar doesn't show up on our iphones or ipads.
Is this something I can tweek in the CSS or JS?
Also wondering if there is documentation of the code... I would like to do somethings like create buttons on the page to open chats with people or open the chat room windows... I can read the code... just thought I would ask if there is documentation. Haven't come across any yet.

It isn't enabled to work with iOS by default. The problem is that iOS doesn't support the fixed position, otherwise it works. You could enable it yourself by deleting the mobile browser check in the external.php file.
